The Game Got Lucky On His Birthday Night Involving The LAPD!

The Game got off really easy the other night on his birthday, when he got pulled over by the police, but all he got was a warning and a ticket when it fact the LAPD should have towed his unregistered car.

TMZ reports: Game told our photog on Thursday night that cops pulled him over in his Bentley and ticketed him for having tinted windows and paper license plates.

But law enforcement sources tell TMZ the rapper didn’t have the Bentley registered, a huge no-no. We’re told Game explained to police that he had purchased the car from a pro football player back in January and never got around to registering it.

Our sources say the cops were going to tow the car, but since Game said it was his birthday … they decided they didn’t want to make him walk and gave him a little birthday break.

The Game Pulled Over & Ticketed On His Birthday!

Unfortunately on his birthday, rapper The Game was pulled over in Hollywood last night, and received a ticket because his car did not have a license plate his window were too tinted.

TMZ reports: The outspoken rapper bitched about the ticket on his way into the Roxbury — and then on his way out, he told our photog he plans on getting EVERYBODY in his crew a Rolex for Christmas. Take that, Oprah!

Given the outlandish promise … along with the fact his sweater magically disappeared AND he’s on the street holding a bottle of champagne … it’s a good thing cops busted him before the club and not after.

40 Glocc Wants Hard Cold Cash From The Game!

40 Glocc has decided to take legal action against The Game because he wants cash, after the incident was caught on video over a brutal beat down.

TMZ reports: 40 — real name Lawrence White — just filed a lawsuit against Game over the July 7 incident that took place in front of a mansion in the Hollywood Hills. You probably saw the video.

According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, 40 says he was leaving a party, when he was jumped by Game and Game’s 15-man entourage for no reason.

Game recorded the fight on his iPhone and published the footage to YouTube — under the title, “The Game Beats Up 40 Glocc Whilst Recording on iPhone Full Video.”

In his suit, 40 says the video does NOT show the full story … claiming Game had chased after him with a gun … and shouted, “Freeze or I’ma shoot, n*gga.”

40 claims he tried to escape … but Game caught up, pointed the gun at his chest and told him not to fight back or he would “end it right now.”

In the docs, 40 says he obliged … and Game and Game’s crew proceeded to beat him mercilessly … causing major injuries to his right eye, ribs, kidneys, right shoulder and back.

40 also says he suffered wounds to his face, head, legs, arms and hands.

40 is suing for unspecified damages — but we’re guessing he wants MILLIONS … not only for assault and battery … but he also feels Game tarnished his thug reputation by portraying him as a coward on the YouTube video.

At the time of the altercation, sources close to The Game told TMZ … Game did NOT pull a gun during the incident and insisted “it was a one-on-one fight.”

The Game Wedding…Back ON!

The Game’s wedding is officially back on, even though last week the wedding was called off because of something The Game had done.

TMZ reports: As we reported, Game’s fiancee Tiffney Cambridge pulled the plug on the wedding last Thursday — and the rapper said it was all his fault, tweeting, “The rumors are TRUE. The wedding is OFF. It’s not her fault, it’s mine! She’s a GREAT woman.”

But now, we’re told the couple is giving things another shot and has decided to resume their wedding plans. According to sources, the new wedding date is in August.

As for the reality show that was supposed to cover the nuptials — we’re told that’s back on too.

NCIS’ David Fisher Has Pleaded Not Guilty In A Misdemeanor Charge

Supposedly the NCIS  British Actor’ David Dayan Fisher has made the decision to plead not guilty to a misdemeanour battery charge in his choking case, TMZ reports.

It had been back in September when Fisher was allegedly arrested for a choking incident against his neighbour during an argument which took place over weather pools towels were hung up.

Fischer however claimed this had occurred over self defence over the neighbour throwing insults at his late mother. He is due back in court next month.

Also David Dayan Fisher had roles such as The Bill, he has also appeared in The Last Post, National Treasure, NCIS, Charmed, and Stargate Atlantis, playing Baden in the episode, The Game. He currently plays the recurring character Trent Kort on NCIS.

Could Lady Gaga’s Record Company Be Involved In Drug-Trafficking?

It seems that there’s allegations that the record production company that have both Lady Gaga, U2 and rapper The Game signed to their label have been  accused of trafficking cocaine and vacuumed packed $20 dollar bills in equipment cases from Los Angeles to New York. After a yearlong investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration has resulted in the incitement of James Rosemond on 18 felony charges which could land him in prison for the rest of his life if convicted.

The cases were allegedly stuffed with the proceeds from the cocaine sales and distributed to the Los Angeles studios. Meanwhile the company responsible for shipping the cases, Rock-It Cargo Ltd declined comment and the DEA report didn’t mention whether or not the company was aware that it was happening. Federal Prosecutors say that it was possible that Interscope Records employees were not aware that the company was being used as a way station. It has also been made known that The Games road manager has also been implicated in the drug-trafficking ring.

The Game Released From Criminal Charges

The Game has been cleared of tweeting the phone number of Compton’s Sheriff Department in L.A. to over half a million people. The LSAD gave a statement today which said that they will not be seeking criminal charges and considers the matter closed.
