Amanda Bynes Hit & Run Charges Dismissed!

Amanda Bynes has officially caught a break, her two hit and runs that occurred earlier this year have been dismissed.

Celeb Spin reports: The judge was persuaded to drop them after the 26-year-old actress reached settlements with the other drivers in their civil lawsuits.

However, prosecutors did object to the dismissal, noting the volume of roadway incidents for the troubled young star.

According to E! News, her attorney Richard Hutton says she is “satisfied and grateful for this outcome.”

Though she may have won that battle, Ms. Bynes still faces allegations of DUI and Driving with a Suspended License.

Linday Lohan Probation Revoked!

Lindsay Lohan was just adding a list of legal does, the Commissioner Jane Godfrey, has revoked her probation.

Celeb Spin reports: According to a report, the “Mean Girls” actress will be forced to report to court on January 15th, 2013 to answer for multiple probation violations.

And if things go south, LiLo could be spending some more time in the clink- up to a whopping 245 days in a correctional facility of some sort.

Lindsay’s list of sins includes giving police false information, obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty, and reckless driving.

Ariel Winter’s Guardianship Finally Comes To A Close!

Ariel Winter’s family have finally come to an agreement on Wednesday, December 12th which puts an end to the drama and abuse allegations.

Celeb Spin reports: The 14-year-old “Modern Family” star will remain in the care of her sister, Shanelle Gray, until March, when the matter will be revisited.

After the settlement was announced, Winter hugged her sister while leaving the courtroom together.

As part of the agreement, both parents will undergo counseling, and Ariel’s father, Glenn Workman, will control her assets.

Unfortunately Lindsay Lohan’s accuser has already had a meeting with Gloria Allred, a very famous lawyer, here comes a lawsuit.

TMZ reports: It’s unclear if Tiffany Mitchell has officially hired Allred as her attorney … but the two were spotted together on the streets of New York City moments ago … sporting a pair of million dollar smiles.

We broke the story … Mitchell claims Lohan slugged her in the face at Avenue nightclub Wednesday night.

Gabriel Aubry Most Likely Not Facing Charges For Thanksgiving Brawl!

According to sources Gabriel Aubry will most likely not be facing any jail time or criminal charges, for the fight that occurred on Thanksgiving Day with Olivier Martinez.

TMZ reports: As you know … Olivier Martinez made a citizen’s arrest against Gabriel and he was booked for battery.  We’ve learned the case will be sent to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office Thursday, but cops will not make a recommendation as to whether Gabriel should be prosecuted.

Law enforcement sources connected to the case tell us … the consensus is that the fight was “mutual combat.”  As such, we’re told it’s “highly unlikely” charges will be filed.

Gabriel was not as lucky on the restraining order front.  As we first reported, he got shut down in court yesterday when he asked a judge to lift the order prohibiting him from going near Nahla.  The restraining order expires tomorrow, but Halle could go back to court and request a new one.

Elmo Third Accuser Steps Formard And Blames Alcohol!

Kevin Clash who is being accused of a various amounts of sexual orientations with an underage boy, supposedly used alcohol as a precursor, according to a new lawsuit.

TMZ reports:  According to the lawsuit, filed in federal court in Manhattan and obtained by TMZ, the alleged victim met Clash on a gay phone chat line when he was 16 and Clash was approximately 40.

The accuser — now 28 — says he was in NYC pursuing modeling opportunities when Clash invited him to his swanky NYC apartment, which was strewn with Elmo dolls and photos of Elmo with famous people, including Beyonce and Tyra Banks.

During the encounter, the accuser — who refers to himself as John Doe — claims Clash plied him with alcohol and “groomed him,” and then engaged in sexual contact that included “oral sex and digital penetration of John’s anus.”

The accuser says Clash stayed in touch with him after the sexual encounter, although no further sexual contact occurred until he became an adult.

The accuser is suing for unspecified damages. As you know, Clash resigned from Sesame Street hours after the second accuser filed suit.

Justin Beiebr Slapped With A Lawsuit For Going Deaf!

Justin Bieber has been slapped with a hefty law suit, but according to his lawyers she has no cause on to why she is.

TMZ reports:  TMZ broke the story …a mom named Stacey Betts slapped Bieber with a $9.23 million lawsuit … claiming her hearing was severely damaged at a 2010 concert when the Biebs “enticed the crowd” into a screaming frenzy.

Now Justin’s firing back, claiming Betts’ lawsuit is missing a few things — like facts.

According to the documents, there’s no way JB could have known “pointing to a crowd” would cause a so-called “sound blast” — and Betts’ suit also fails to allege Bieber has any duty to stop fans from making noise.

‘Big Bang Theory’ Kunal Nayyar Facing Law Suit!

Kunal Nayyar from the hit TV show ‘Big Bang Theory’, he plays Raj Koothrappali is in trouble now, because according to his agent, he has not paid him a dime, so he is being taken to court.

TMZ reports:  Diverse Talent Group filed docs in L.A. County Superior Court last week … claiming Kunal owes his agency $100,000 in unpaid commissions for getting him the acting gig — a bill that goes back to September 2011.

The lawyer for DTG tells TMZ, the agency repped Kunal when he got the job in 2007 — and the actor faithfully paid the piper ever since, but for some reason … he stopped coughing up dough last year.

Now, DTG is suing for its money, which it believes exceeds $100k.

Now here’s a twist … Kunal is currently repped by a different agency — Innovative Artists — so it’s bound to get messy.
