Miss Universe 2012 is going to take place this December 19th, 2012, where Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic will be hosting the competition Live from Planet Hollywood resort & casino located in Las Vegas.
Miss Universe reports: Andy Cohen returns to host the 2012 MISS UNIVERSE® Competition for the second year in a row. Cohen is Bravo’s Executive Vice President of Development and Talent, a position he has held since November 2011. He is responsible for overseeing the network’s current development slate, creating original content, developing innovative formats and identifying new talent.
Giuliana Rancic is an entertainment journalist, fashion and beauty expert and television personality with 2.6 million followers on Twitter. She is the anchor of E! Giuliana Rancic is stating that she is having a hard time since the birth of her baby, and is really finding it rough to return back to work.
Showbiz Spy reports: The E! News anchor and her husband Bill welcomed son Duke via gestational carrier earlier this year.
“It is hard,” she said of returning to work. “What’s important now is different from what was important a few months ago.
“I used to linger around the office. I was always working even at home. It was 24 hours a day.
“The other morning I was having the best time with Duke and he was making faces that I had never seen before and was being so cute. Then I looked at the clock and I had to go to work. So I keep thinking, ‘Am I going to miss something?’ ”
To help Giuliana, Bill sends her videos of Duke every day.
“It’s one thing to look at pictures. But when I see video, I feel like I’m with him,” she said.

Giuliana Rancic was actually very thrilled to witness the birth of her baby, and actually loved it!
Showbiz Spy reports: The TV star and her husband Bill Rancic welcomed their little boy, Edward Duke, into the world in August via a gestational surrogate and the couple were in the delivery room to see his arrival.
Although she was expecting to be nervous beforehand, Giuliana was surprised at how confident she felt and knew as soon as she saw the tot, she would be able to look after him.
In new home video footage from the birth — which will be shown in their reality show Giuliana & Bill — the 37-year-old TV presenter said,
“It feels good. I’m not nervous at all. I feel like I can take care of him. I expected to be more nervous and more flustered, like I had no idea what to do. But I feel totally at ease. I just feel like I know what he needs.”
And Bill also seems totally confident in Giuliana’s mothering abilities, telling her, “Your instincts are kicking in.”

Giuliana Rancic reportedly had a hard time going back to work, and that the E! reporter was not ready to leave her baby.
Showbiz Spy reports: The E! News anchor, 37, welcomed her first son Edward Duke with her 41-year-old husband Bill Rancic via a gestational surrogate in August. She returned from three-months maternity leave on Monday and admits it was really hard.
“It was hard to leave the little guy I’m not going to kid you. But you know pulling into the E! parking lot I swear to God it was like I’d never left. It came right back, it was like riding a bike,” she said.
“He’s only three miles away. I’m fine. I’m going to do what most moms do. It is hard but hopefully I’m going to bring him in a couple of days of the week. He’s so new. He’s only 11 weeks old.”
Rancic said she was so determined to succeed professionally that she forgot about her biological clock and was “blindsided” when they couldn’t conceive a child.
“It was a big shock! I always say how I chased my career instead of chasing guys,” she said.
“And everybody was patting me on the back. No one ever told me, ‘Oh, by the way, your eggs change when you reach a certain age.’ I didn’t think 35 was old.
“So when the doctor said, ‘It’s not as easy as you thought it would be,’ it was a real blow. Because I felt so young. I mean, this is a girl who was running six miles a day, and eating healthy, so how can you tell me that I’m not healthy in that department?”

Giuliana Rancic is already ready seven weeks into her new baby bay that she is already excited to welcome another baby into the family.
Showbiz Spy reports: The 37-year-old — who welcomed son Edward Duke via a surrogate in August — is keen to have a sibling for her little man.
“We need some brothers or sisters for Duke,” Giuliana said. “I can make him smile … he has the cutest baby laugh ever, and when he smiles, my heart skips a beat.
“We’d like to go down the surrogacy path again — I’m on medication for the next four-and-a-half years. Thankfully, before I went on the medicine, we did another round of IUVF so we have embryos ready to go..
“People have asked me so many questions about my surrogacy, and I’m proud to show the process.”
Rancic says she would “love twins” on the next go-round, as she’s particularly keen on having a daughter to raise.
“It would be amazing,” Giuliana said.

Giuliana and Bill Rancic has decided that they are going to let out who the surrogate of their newborn baby Edward Duke is.
US Magazine reports: As they adjust to life as first-time parents, the Rancics say they will forever be indebted to Delphine, who was coached in the delivery room by the couple during her four-hour labor.
Telling NBC’s TODAY Show that he and his wife of five years “hit the gestational carrier lottery,” proud papa Bill cannot say enough about the brunette who helped bring his son into the world. “She’s great. She’s a very caring woman,” he told Us Weekly in May, when then-anonymous Delphine was six months pregnant. “She’s giving us a gift and we’re going to be eternally grateful.”
