The first time Courtney Robertson and Arie Luyendyk Jr. were spotted kissing together was on October 11th in Phoenix at a restaurant and the two are now confirming that they are a couple.

Life & Style reports: But now Courtney reveals to Life & Style that she and the latest Bachelorette runner-up have become something more.

“Yes, I’m dating Arie,” the model tells Life & Style. “We’re enjoying our time together.”

That, she says, is a welcome change from her relationship with her ex-fiancé, Ben Flajnik, “I was miserable with Ben; he treated me so badly,” Courtney says.  She had planned to move to San Francisco to be with The Bachelor star, “but he was all like, ‘I just turned 30, and I’m not ready,’” says Courtney.

It’s been only a month since her engagement to Ben ended, but Courtney insists she never planned to move on so quickly. “I didn’t want to jump from one public relationship to another,” she admits, “but Arie and I get along, and I’m not going to let that get away.”

Courtney tells Life & Style that she and Arie, a race-car driver, have been secretly spending time together, and he stayed at her place in LA in November.

“Arie makes me laugh so hard, and he’s adorable, so I’m going with it,” Courtney raves, noting they’re not dating exclusively yet, but she’s not sure she could find a better guy!.

Courtney Robertson Returns 80,000 Dollar Engagement Ring!

Courtney Robertson from the Bachelor has returned the three carat eighty thousand dollar engagement ring that was given to her on the finale, to the Neil Lane jewelry boutique in Los Angeles.

US Weekly reports: (On the ABC reality series, show producers foot the bill for the rings, and contestants are obligated to return the jewelry if and when wedding plans are called off.)

Following one of the most controversial Bachelor courtships in history — she was catty, he cheated — the California winemaker, 30, and the L.A.-based model, 30, announced their split Oct. 5. “We grew apart,” Flajnik told Us. “We realized it wasn’t working.”

Robertson made quick work of rebounding — caught making out with Bachelorette castoff Arie Luyendyk Jr. last week — but an insider tells Us Weekly her feelings for Flajnik were real.

“Courtney was in love with Ben,” the pal says. “She put a lot of work into that relationship — him, not so much.”

Eventually, a second source explains, “She ended it.”

As Robertson dives back into the dating pool, a Flajnik pal adds that “he’ll date again soon” as well. “He’s approached by girls all the time!”

Courtney Robertson who just recently called it quits with her fiancé, has been spotted a week later making out with a reject Bachelor Arie Luyendyk.

People reports: She and Bachelorette runner-up Arie Luyendyk had dinner Thursday at Quiessence Restaurant in Phoenix – the same place Robertson took Flajnik during their hometown date – and ended the meal with a kiss.

That evening Robertson, 29, Tweeted, “Beautiful night… #RedWineImFine” accompanied by a photo of two glasses of wine.

For his part, Flajnik seemed a bit bemused by the turn of events. “Little surprised,” he Tweeted Friday evening.

In August, the winemaker spent time with Luyendyk, 31, while the race car driver was in Sonoma, Calif. for an IndyCar event.

[Arie] is a solid dude who has his head on straight,” Flajnik, 30, Tweeted at the time. “I can see why everyone liked him on the show.”

“Thank you all so much for the kind words and for believing in us,” Robertson wrote earlier in the week in regards to her and Flajnik’s breakup. “We did too, and tried our best! I really appreciate all the love and support.”

Bachelor Ben Flajnik has officially lost his game of love, when his now former fiance Courtney Robertson steps out without the engagement ring.

People reports:  Just a few days after Flajnik, 30, confirmed the pair’s split to PEOPLE, Robertson, 29, was spotted in workout attire on Monday without the engagement ring.

Just days before parting ways, the duo posted seemingly upbeat photos at what appeared to be a winery.

Following news of their split, Flajnik posted, “Welp, another weekend ahead and there is so much going on in San Francisco. I can’t even begin to tell you how crazy of a weekend it’s going to be.”

Ben Flajnik & His Controversy Fiance Courtney Robertson Split!

Courtney Robertson and The Bachelor Ben Flajnik tried to work on the controversial relationship together, but the two couldn’t last.

People reports: The couple, whose courtship was chronicled on ABC’s hit reality show, have ended their engagement, PEOPLE confirms.

“It’s true,” Flajnik told PEOPLE Friday, although he didn’t wish to elaborate on the split.

The pair, who took time apart shortly after Flajnik’s romantic, mountaintop proposal, was back together by the time their season’s After the Final Rose special aired.

“It’s been a rough ride,” Flajnik, 30, told host Chris Harrison at the time. “The woman that I saw on TV isn’t the Courtney that I know,” he said, adding, “Those are the moments and the instances that led to Courtney and I not talking for a time while the show aired. We were essentially broken up.”

But since getting back together, the pair, who took on a long-distance romance, seemed to be going consistently strong by taking things slow.

“We’re still in the early stages so we’re learning a lot about each other, spending as much time with each other,” Flajnik told PEOPLE at the end of April. “We’re slowing acclimating our lives together and our friends together. It’s going really well.”

The exes’ breakup is especially surprising, given their seemingly upbeat photo post earlier this week.

“I have a new appreciation for wine,” Robertson, 29, wrote in a caption that accompanied a shot of her and Flajnik smiling at what appears to be a winery. “It’s amazing to see all the hard work and care that goes into wine making. Very proud of @Benflajnik and the boys!”

Flajnik isn’t moping over the split. On Friday, he posted on Sulia, through a link from his Twitter account,

“Welp, another weekend ahead and there is so much going on in San Francisco. I can’t even begin to tell you how crazy of a weekend it’s going to be.”

The actually happy couple from The Bachelor, Courtney Robertson and Ben Flajnik cannot decide on where to live according to People.com, Ben lives in San Francisco and Courtney lives in Santa Monica; where will they live?

This is what People.com reports:

“It goes back and forth, back and forth,” he told People Saturday at Pure Las Vegas, his fiancée by his side.

Flajnik lives in San Francisco and “loves” the Santa Monica area of Los Angeles. Robertson lives in Santa Monica and “loves” San Francisco.

“We’re still in the early stages so we’re learning a lot about each other, spending as much time with each other,” he said. “We’re slowing acclimating our lives together and our friends together. It’s going really well.”

The Bachelor‘s Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson made their first public appearance over the weekend in San Francisco.

Before that, Ben picked up Courtney from the San Fran airport on Wednesday night and the couple kissed and made up. The couple was also out and about in San Fran on Sunday and Courtney took Ben’s dog Scotch out for a walk.
