Ex-Husband of Rosanne Barr is demanding $175,000 For Legal Fees, it has been stated that the husband of comedienne and reality TV star Roseanne Barr is indeed going after his ex’s thousands of dollar, insisting that she should in fact pay for his legal fees after following a lengthily child custody battle.
Supposedly Ben Thomas is demanding $75,000 to pay off his attorneys and a further $100,000 for the inconvenience of the trial. It has been said that both the husband and wife have come to a settlement over their teenage son Buck just back in August.
But now it seems to be that he is claiming that Barr’s intentions of getting full custody was only motivated by the act of revenge. Apparently in his legal document that was obtained by TMZ.com, Thomas claims his ex’s net worth is a whopping $42 million, and his new cash demands are less than one percent of her fortune.
