Robin Williams helped a Cancer patient just before his death. The Jumanji actor had recorded a message to the New Zealand dying patient for her dreams to come true, what he did was record a video message. What happened is the woman in question. Vivian Waller is sick with lung, bowel and liver cancer, reached out to Williams because one of her bucket list dreams was to meet him before her time was up. After Williams found out the fan was sick, he sent her a viral video. In the footage he said,
“Hi Vivian, it’s Robin Williams here saying, ‘Hey girl, what’s going on down there in New Zealand?’ I’m sending all my love to you… Knock this off your bucket list. Much love to you, baby.”
Waller was moved over to a hospice care facility and it just happened to be the same day Williams took his own life. The woman’s husband has decided not to mention his death to her. He tells the Sunday Star Times,
“Viv struggles with a lack of energy and it is quite difficult for her to concentrate. We are just enjoying the time we have together. We take things a day at a time.
“(We released the video because) we love him. We want to show people how awesome a person he was.”
