Robin Williams’ Daughter Quits Twitter Over Hurtful Messages

resizedimageRobin Williams daughter walks away from twitter. The star, who rose to fame with his Mork & Mindy role (Alien Mork)’s daughter Zelda Williams, who is morning the loss of her father is now reeling with pain that she has been getting abusive messages from two different users.

Allegedly they have been sending her Photoshopped pictures of her father, who took his own life on Monday, August 11, 2014, and is had reportedly been done following his death. At first she was urging on her followers to report these trolls, and now she has said she will take a break from the social network and maybe it will be forever. She wrote in a tweet which she then deleted:

”Please report @PimpStory @MrGoosebuster. I’m shaking. I can’t. Please. Twitter requires a link and I won’t open it. Don’t either. Please (sic)

She then wrote:

”I’m sorry. I should’ve risen above. Deleting this from my devices for a good long time, maybe forever. Time will tell. Goodbye.”

It has also been stated that the two users accounts have now been suspended. The only reason the twenty five year old went to twitter was to pay her tribute to her father.

She shared a quote from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s literary classic ‘The Little Prince’ that reads:

”You – you alone will have the stars as no one else has them… In one of the stars I shall be living. In one of them I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing, when you look at the sky at night… You – only you will have stars that can laugh.”

She added:

”I love you. I miss you. I’ll try to keep looking up, Z.”

She, her half-brother Zak, thirty one, younger brother Cody, twenty two year old, and her mother the actor’s second wife – Marsha Garces released moving statements to Williams.
