Gavin Rossdale saves dog from drowning. The English musician and actor, known as the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of the rock band Bush came to the rescue to his own pet over the weekend. The forty eight year old came to the aid of Chewy, a Pomeranian. What had occurred is a huge wave happened at a Miami Beach, and he stopped the pet from being swept out to sea and pulled under the water, saving it.
Rossdale and hiss children eight year old Kingston and five year old Zuma and Rachel Zoe’s husband Rodger Berman and their three-year-old son Skyler were playing in the sand, when just suddenly the wave wiped out their four-legged friend. Berman gathered up the children as Rossdale dived right into the water to rescue the dog when he had spotted that the it had been struggling to swim back to shore.
Meanwhile, Gavin’s wife Gwen Stefani and her fashion designer pal watched the ordeal from a balcony above, but were relieved to see their husbands had the situation under control, according to E! News.
Gwen and Gavin, who also have three-month-old son Apollo together say their marriage of almost twelve years just couldn’t be any better.
Gavin said previously:
”We have so many kids now, no matter what, it’s rock solid.”
Upon being asked how he finds time to keep up the romance with his wife, he jokingly added:
”We don’t, it’s perfect. That’s why we’ve been together for so long.”
