She speaks about the struggle that she has faced since her break up form actor Orlando Bloom; “We all have bad days and negative emotions,” the model said.
Moving along! Miranda Kerr has insisted that she and her estranged husband Orlando Bloom “really do love each other,” but that doesn’t necessarily mean that there aren’t bumps in their relationship.
She expresses to the Magazine that her emotions vary at times.
“We all have bad days and negative emotions,” Kerr, 31, said of her split. “But I’ve realized it’s important to sit with it and let it pass, and if it doesn’t pass, choose a thought that will help it pass. Focus on what it is that you’re grateful for. Having perspective is key.”
Describing herself as “heart-centered” at one point in the interview, Kerr mused:
“I always look for the best in every situation, no matter what it is. Even if it’s something that’s sad, upsetting or disappointing at the time, I think, ‘There’s a reason for this.’”
Bloom and Kerr have a three year old son Flynn, did announce their separation in October, 2013 following three years of marriage, they do remain amicable.
“I feel happiest when I’m with my son at the beach or the park,” the NYC resident explained. “Privacy is the most important thing, especially being a mother.”
