Rita Ora was nervous about revealing her true feelings. The British vocalist was when it came to Calvin Harris known.The R.I.P. singer t first was not keen and did say no to his ideal in recording a song together. She had been wary to put her emotions down into such words that would explain her feeling, on her number one hit single, ‘I Will Never Let You Down‘, she was afraid she may jinx their romance. In an interview with the Daily Mirror newspaper, she revealed:
”I thought it was a bad idea. I said, ‘I don’t know what’s gonna happen, babe.’ All that political s**t, I didn’t want to think about it. But when we started to write, it happened so naturally it felt right.
”There was a moment when we were like, you know, we’re both known. It could become difficult. This message, I won’t let you down, is a message of hope. It’s the little reality that we do have left in this… [fame bubble].”
The twenty three year old, is becoming well known since her 2012 hit summer anthem ‘Hot Right Now’.Also in the news for her she has lost many of her friends after she struggled with her found fame and doesn’t want to deal with so many complaints that she changed the way she was. She lamented:
”I have had some [friends] that you don’t even recognize any more. It can be scary when people start to act weird around you. They even ask if they can go to the toilet.
”People say ‘Rita has changed’ but we are supposed to change. You have a career to change for the better and to succeed.
”It’s not your job to persuade friends that you are the same. They have to accept I am going to change because I am working my b****y arse off.
”But you shouldn’t worry about it, you should worry about your album and your shows.”
