George Clooney says ageing dosen’t faze him. During his beginning of his career Clooney played the part of young Dr. Douglas “Doug” Ross on the medical drama ER, but now as his hair is turning grey, he joked because he doesn’t ”have to worry” about his looks because he was never likely to be ”an action star”means he doesn’t ”worry” about his image too much.
The fifty two year old Batman & Robin star has no worries as he ages how is looks are changing, on the other hand he says he is proud of his grey hair insisting he will never dye it and just age gracefully.
Speaking to the Daily Express newspaper, he said: ”Luckily it became obvious pretty early on that I was not destined to be an action star so I don’t have to worry so much about how I look.
”I hear all this talk about how grey I am getting but I can’t imagine ever dying my hair.
”My dad had this full head of white hair and I think it looks pretty good.”
The ‘Gravity’ star – who split from his girlfriend Stacy Keibler last summer – also insisted he will ”never” remarry or raise a family, and he wishes people would ”believe” him.
He added: ”This fascination with my love life is really something. I keep saying I’ll never get married again or have children but people just don’t want to believe me.”
Now, he has happy to be living with his pet dog Einstein – a black cocker spaniel – and he doesn’t let his critics get to him.
He said: ”I love my life as it is. I realise whatever worries I have are trivial in comparison to those of many people.
”I have learned not to be swayed by the attention. It doesn’t matter what people I don’t know have to say about me.
”What matters is what my friends and family think of me and so far they are all returning my calls.”
