Paul Walker deemed ‘dead on arrival’. The First Responders have declared that Into the Blue star Walker and his friend Roger Rodas were ‘dead on arrival’ when they arrived at the deadly crash site. The pair lost their lives in a tragic fiery crash and this is according to a dispatch recording obtained by TMZ, the fort year old actor was almost immediately declared dead.
Firefighters arrived at the fiery scene within four minutes of a 911 called being placed about the accident and one of the responders told dispatch officials there were ”two fatalities” and added the victims were ”DOA”, which stands for dead on arrival.
The fireman also alerted law enforcement the accident was a ”Code N” situation – the distinction given to events that could be newsworthy and should be handled with care.
Also coroners have concluded that Walkers death was the result of both the impact of the crash and severe burns obtained during the subsequent explosion.
The coroner said in a statement: ‘
‘[Paul died from the] combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries.”
Walker’s friend Rodas, who had been driving the car died of ”multiple traumatic injuries”.
Also Universal Pictures did confirm that it would donate a proceed of the profits from the DVD release of Paul’s last film, ‘Fast & Furious 6′, to his charity Reach Out Worldwide.
