Showbiz Spy reports: The couple are expecting their first child together, and sources say rapper Kanye is a huge fan of the reality star’s fuller figure.
“He loves it,” a source said.
”He loves everything about Kim K – pregnant, not pregnant, skinny, big.
“She wants to stay close to home with her family and her friends.
“They’re just taking everything one step at a time.”
