Showbiz Spy reports: According to New York Post gossip column Page Six, Handler has been sprayed with champagne by fellow diners, threw bread rolls at others and took cheeky pics of pal Cummings. Handler was seen at Cloud 9 for brunch one afternoon.
“She had to wait 30 minutes, but was very patient,” a source said.
“Someone sprayed champagne all over them.
“Chelsea’s group appeared to be drunk, and they were throwing bread at the older guys’ table.
“When the other table left, Chelsea introduced herself and gave one of the guys a kiss.”
