Thomas Gibson was pulled over on Sunday, January 6th in the early morning for suspicion of a DUI in the Los Angeles area while he was driving through a blocked off area.
Gossip Center reports: The “Criminal Minds” star was stopped by law enforcement and refused to submit to a breathalyzer test.
Following procedure, the 50-year-old actor was placed under arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence at 1:37a.m.
As of Sunday morning, he’s still being held in custody with bail set at $15,000.
