The Jonas Brothers are facing a law suit because of a concert at the Grove in Los Angeles in May, 2010, after the fan was allegedly being crushed against a fence.
Gossip Center reports: According to the complaint acquired by TMZ, Ashleigh Johnson claims she was at the 3pm show when an uncontrolled crowd pushed her against the guard fence.
Alleging serious mental, emotional, and physical injuries, Ashleigh says she was “agonizingly crushed.”
She’s suing the JoBros, along with The Grove’s Caruso Management. Ms. Johnson’s age was not revealed in the lawsuit.
