Lindsay Lohan is suing her former collaborators on a clothing line claiming she is owed more than $1.1 million.
The lawsuit also seeks to regain control of trademarks associated with the actress’ 6126 line of leggings and clothing. She is suing D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries claiming that they have failed to pay her for proceeds from the clothing line and have breached an agreement to seek her input and work to expand the clothing line to swimwear, cosmetics and other apparel.
Lohan named the clothing line 6126 after her idol, Marilyn Monroe’s birthday.
