Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa have decided to sell their twenty four million dollar in New York City.
People reports: The couple have put their N.Y.C. penthouse on the market for a cool $24.5 million, according to real estate site Zillow.
Boasting a spacious rooftop terrace with an outdoor fireplace, the luxurious living space also has a private home gym, outdoor shower, five bedrooms and 4.5 baths.
Measuring in at an enormous 6,792 sq. ft., the Live! With Kelly and Michael host, 42, and her actor husband, 41, originally purchased the property in 2005 for almost one-third of the present price.
