Jennifer Lawrence hasn’t had much luck for this year’s Sag Awards, while rumors were in speculation that the starlet was sick she tore her dress as she was getting up.
Hollywood Hills reports: This past Sunday night, Hunger Games main starlet Jennifer Lawrence had a pretty rough go of it at the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles, California. It turns out that when she went to accept her award, she didn’t notice that someone’s chair leg was on top of her dress,causing it to rip when she went to go accept her award. So, we got to see Jennifer Lawrence scrambling to hold her dress up as she walked up to the stage. Poor thing.
She took it all in stride ,though, as she just held her dressed together and didn’t even mention the dress ripping during her acceptance speech. She’s definitely a trooper. According to sources, her dress was a Christian Dior dress. She won the award for “Outstanding Female Actor In A Leading Role” for her work in Silver Linings Playbook. So congrats to her.
Also, to top it all off,Jen was suffering from walking pneumonia to make things even worse.
