Eva Longoria is absolutely livid with her friend George Lopez because of the comments he made.
Showbiz Spy reports: The actress and the 51-year-old comedian while serving on a committee for a celebration of Latino art and culture at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
“George and Eva are longtime friends, and over the years she’s grown especially close to his ex-wife Ann Serrano,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer.
“She’s never really forgiven George for dumping Ann after she donated her kidney to him when he needed a transplant.
All hell broke loose when George called Ann “stupid” for dating notorious ladies’ man, actor Michael Nouri, the source said.
“Eva blew a gasket at her pal’s insensitive comment,” dished the mole.
“She was holding a glass of water and got so hot she said she nearly hurled it at George.
“Eva told him that he had one hell of a nerve criticizing Ann after everything she’d done for him. She demanded that George apologize and even threatened to get him thrown off the committee if she ever heard of him criticizing his ex again.
“George said he was sorry and sheepishly passed it off as a bad joke. In the end, Eva forgave him. But she also warned George that he’d better mind his manners in the future.”
