Terrence Howard is finding it difficult to pay his credit card bills, the actor has starred in many big name movies, but he is now being sued for unpaid bills!
Gossip Center reports: Last month, American Express sued the “Hustle & Flow” star for an unpaid balance of $33,474.79, according to court documents.
The Complaint filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on November 30th has charges against the actor individually, as well as his company, Al Chemist Productions Incorporated.
American Express is also seeking ten percent interest from the date the suit was filed. Mr. Howard’s attorneys have yet to file an answer.
