Kat Von D from LA Ink has had a big year this year with the breakup between her and Jesse James, then getting engaged, and now to her stalker fan, who she has been awarded with an extended retraining order.
Reality TV She Knows reports: But it seems that fate is turning her way, as not only has Kat gotten engaged to Deadmau5, but also secured an extended restraining order against her psycho fan!
Kat Von D has been rumored to be quite the wild child herself, however, after her breakup with cheater extraordinaire Jesse James (Who is reportedly already engaged again as well), started getting attention from an even slimier person; Michael Nunn.
Michael, who is rumored to have mental issues, began stalking Kat Von D about seven months ago, after appearing at her home, calling her house, and sending her harassing messages on Twitter. At one point, Michael Nunn even tweeted Kat Von D’s phone number, along with the cryptic message “@thekatvond cute how you use your friends I figure eventually the game will just end and then we can meet like normal adults”
After his attempts for her affection failed, Nunn tried to meet her at a public event. Kat Von D, rightly upset, told Nunn to leave her alone. However earlier this month Kat decided to go the official route and get a restraining order. She was issued a temporary restraining order, requiring Nunn to maintain a distance of 100 yards from Kat Von D, along with ceasing all contact via the internet, but today Kat Von D returned to court to get an extended restraining order; one that will last three years, and increases the contact barrier to 300 yards. We’re glad that Kat is safe, and hope that Michael is getting the mental help he needs!
