Recently this morning on Thursday, December 13th Jamie Foxx announced the nominations of the Golden Globe awards, and left out a few shows that are usually nominated.
Celeb Spin reports: For instance, AMC’s perennial favorite “Mad Men” failed to secure a Best Drama nod, though Jon Hamm was included in the Best Lead Actor running.
Additionally, Jamie Foxx was left off the list for his critically-acclaimed performance in “Django Unchained,” an omission that has fans calling foul.
Tom Hooper and David O Russell both missed the cut as Best Director, despite the fact that their films “Les Miserables” and “Silver Linings Playbook” are getting great buzz.
And furthermore, “Parks and Recreation,” “30 Rock,” and “New Girl” all missed their invite to the party, slated to air on NBC on January 13th, 2013.
