Emmylou Harris is officially being looked at for a hit and run from a minor accident that occurred in October.
Gossip Center reports: The country crooner allegedly struck a vehicle on the L.A. Freeway on the night of October 1st with her rental car and did not stop.
According to TMZ, the other drive filed a report with the California Highway Patrol and the case was forwarded to the Los Angeles County District Attorney for possible prosecution.
A rep for the 65-year-old singer acknowledged a “minor traffic” accident that day, but claims Emmylou didn’t realize there was enough contact to warrant an exchange of information.
