Amanda Bynes has officially caught a break, her two hit and runs that occurred earlier this year have been dismissed.
Celeb Spin reports: The judge was persuaded to drop them after the 26-year-old actress reached settlements with the other drivers in their civil lawsuits.
However, prosecutors did object to the dismissal, noting the volume of roadway incidents for the troubled young star.
According to E! News, her attorney Richard Hutton says she is “satisfied and grateful for this outcome.”
Though she may have won that battle, Ms. Bynes still faces allegations of DUI and Driving with a Suspended License.
