Lindsay Lohan was spotted on November, Thursday 29th in New York City where the young starlet was arrested again!
Celeb Spin reports: Around 4am the NYPD was called to Club Avenue in the Chelsea district after the “Mean Girls” actress allegedly hit a woman in the face.
Lohan was arrested and taken to the 10th precinct police station where she was charged with third degree assault and issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
Prior to her arrest Lindsay was involved in a verbal argument with the victim and after things escalated LiLo struck her and tried to drive away when cops showed up and intercepted her.
