Kristin Chenoweth won’t be returning to the set of “The Good Wife” due to a injury she occurred last month.
Gossip Center reports: While on location in NYC, the 44-year-old actress was hit by a lighting silk. She was rushed to a nearby hospital where she stayed overnight for observation.
Unfortunately for fans, her recovery is taking a bit longer than expected. On August 8th, she gave fans a glimpse into her recovery, tweeting, “Today not best “pain” day. Remaining positive. (I think).”
Kristin released a statement today saying, “It is with deep regret to inform everyone that due to my injuries, I am unable to return to The Good Wife at this time. I’m getting better slowly, and thank you everyone for your concern.”
The good news is, the “GCB” star has completed filming for the season 4 premiere episode, which will air on September 30th on CBS. Producers of the show say Ms. Chenoweth is welcome back any time.
