Supposedly Rebecca Fergusson is threatening to take her record label to court, the same record company to manage One Direction.

Like many celebrities before her, Rebecca Ferguson has unexpectedly ditched her management. Unlike many celebrities before her, Rebecca Ferguson decided to do the whole thing over a social networking site. In front of 600,000 followers.
The X-factor singer, who we always sort of associated with being calm and collected and kind of unrufflable (which is a word, by the way), revealed yesterday that she’s been having a really tough time of it recently. And she seems to have become so unhappy, it looks like she hasn’t got any alternatives to parting ways with the team who work with her.
“Resorting to stalking my twitter the same people that watched me collapse … And gave me a can of coke and said now go do your interview,” the singer tweeted.
“The same people that worked me so much I collapsed and had to say stop!!! I need to see my children you need to give me time off vile!!!”
“Was so exhausted I couldn’t physically walk on my own but was still told I had to work!!! ?#vile.”

Which was all quite dramatic, really.
But then it got EVEN MORE DRAMATIC – Louis Tomlinson decided that he wanted a piece of the Twitter action too.
“Success is impossible without hard work,” he sent to Rebecca.
Maybe he was just a bit bored. Of maybe he just wanted to stick up for the guys at Modest Management. Because as it turns out, they manage One Direction too.
Thankfully, Rebecca decided to take the high road and not get swept up into a war of 140-character-long sentences.
