Taylor Swift is under consideration for the role of Joni Mitchell in an upcoming biopic based on the book Girls Like Us. Taylor Swift is high on Sony Pictures’ list of singers who could convincingly portray Mitchell physically and musically.
It would be Swift’s first dramatic movie role. The film adaptation will chronicle the careers of the legendary folksinger of Blue fame plus Carly Simon and Carole King.
