Sinead O’Connor has scrapped all of her upcoming tour dates and even threatened to quit the music business forever after her melton before her show scheduled in Germany on Saturday.
The Irish singer, most popular for her 90s hit “Nothing Compares To You”, has kept fans posted on her battles with mental illness and posted a statement over the weekend asking fans not to show up for the German show. All messages posted to her personal website have now been removed and the site itself has been replaced by a white space.
A message O’Connor sent to fans before her website was closed down was re-posted on a fansite. It said, “With enormous regret I must announce that I have to cancel all touring for the year as am very unwell due to bi polar disorder.
