Ryan Seacrest, who was previously announced as a member of NBC’s Summer Olympics coverage team, has inked a multiplatform deal with NBC Universal that will keep him in the family fold for two more years.
For starters, in addition to his continuing red carpet duties and post as managing editor of E! News, Seacrest will have an increased presence on NBC’s news, entertainment and sports programming, from the Today show to prime-time events.
