As the 41st Annual Juno Awards draw near, this year’s nominees were announced on Tuesday (February 7) in Toronto, Canada. Justin Bieber, Drake and Avril Lavigne all nabbed bids for the show, which will take place on April 1st at the Scotiabank Place in Ottawa, Ontario.
