50 Cent, also known as Curtis Jackson III, visited Somalia and Kenya to see firsthand the devastation that the hunger epidemic is causing the African nations. Jackson visited both a refugee camp and a school in a Nairobi slum.
The journey is just one part of the commitment the Grammy winner has made to fighting hunger on the continent.
