Katy Perry and Russell Brand‘s lawyers will be working flat out on an amicable divorce settlement as the couple did not have a pre-nuptial agreement.
When Katy and Russell tied the knot in India in October 2009, they did so contract-free. In the divorce document filed today, Brand ticked the box for ‘Property rights to be determined,’ which also suggests the pair did not have a pre-nuptial agreement.
