Kim Kardashian being sued over hair removal endorsement, the Socialite and reality star is in fact facing legal action over allegations over the false adverting for a hair removal product in which herself endorses.
Apparently the lawyers for the beauty firm Radiant have indeed accused her of misleading of consumers. And such claims she made being the celebrity spokesperson of TRIA. And of course the bosses did take into exception that she claims that she does in fact use the gadget all over her body.
TRIA allegedly states it is unsafe for sensitive areas such as the face and neck. In the alleged Radiant’s lawsuit, Kardashian also comes under fire for allegedly boasting that the product cancels the need for razors or shaving cream, despite its instructions reportedly noting that it should be used in conjunction with shaving.
Radiant executives want Kardashian to stop making the claims and are suing the her beauty unspecified damages. According to TMZ.com, Kardashian recently signed an 18-month contract to continue her endorsement work for TRIA.
