The custody battle between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry over their daughter Nahla is still going strong.
Aubry had requested an amendment to an order of visitation rights which states that he is allowed 3 hours of alone time with his little girl but any other time must be supervised by the little girls’ nanny.
The judge after looking at the request decided in favor of Berry who requested no changes.
