“I work my ass off! It’s not easy,” she said in September, adding that she exercises almost every day. “Seriously, when I’m not working, I’m working out. I’m not the kind of girl who stays skinny. Plus, I like to eat sweets! I like to eat a lot.”
To keep things interesting, Seyfried sweats it out in several different ways. “In New York, you can do anything. I go boxing regularly with my friend Andrew. I do Barry’s Boot Camp religiously when I’m in New York and I’m going to start going in LA now too,” she said. “Plus, I have my trainer Harley [Pasternak] in LA.”

EB: “Men in general are fearful of strong women, so they don’t necessarily want to see them on the movie screen. But I think the advent of the sexual thriller, which Demi and I have both participated in, became its own successful genre. You can’t have a sexual thriller with a little girl; you need a woman.”
DM: ”The truth is that the little girl exists in all women, so it should have as much permission as the woman who is strong and independent. Evan Rachel Wood has admitted that she will not strip on camera anytime coming up in the future, after expressing the nude scene she had done in Mildred Pierce was quiet disturbing.

After her co-star Kate Winslet said to her that she didn’t think it would be any damaging to her career, well she has faced that it will. She even toasted a drink with Winslet facing her fears and for her bravery for doing this, however she is not in any hurry to do it again.

She tells The Independent Magazine,

, “It’s not a sexy moment at all. It is one of the most unsettling, disturbing uses of nudity I’ve seen on TV in quite some time… I am not in a hurry to do it again.

“It was not as if it’s some quick shot. It’s one long shot, slowly walking past the camera. There is no hiding anything. It was terrifying, but afterwards Kate and I had a drink and Kate said, ‘Here’s to your first full-frontal!’.”
