Kelsey Grammer, best known for his role on Frasier star is claiming that his name and his likeness has been used without permission on a website called Staropoly.com, and now seems that he is caught up in a lawsuit that is against the sites parents company, TODHD which is under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, The 27 count Lawsuit has been filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court on August 15, 2011, it is accusing those behind the website of grand theft, extortion and credit card theft, but Grammer who is now 56 years old does admit he had initially promoted the site, but he is now claiming that they are not legitimate and they took him for a ton a cash.
